"Facing the fenestrelle tower, the restaurant of the hotel d'entraigues occupies a remarkable location: from the superb small terrace on the 3rd floor, to the large stone rooms of the basement, the setting is styled. The kitchen also, the former head of the 7 counter gives free lessons to his talent: nams of lobsters, beignets of zucchini blossom, delicious bulbarb and grapefruit. Subtle accommodations, magnifying the flavors, we enjoy each other from beginning to end. The service is attentive, a little guineaty, but it seems to be the brand of the place...In total, an excellent table, combining refined frame and quality cuisine. Only flat, the price /prestation ratio would be improved (nearly 160 € for two, with two glasses of wine and aperitif: you can find onion or Arles of comparable tables for 30€ less...).But don't spoil our pleasure, you will spend there an excellent evening."

"Love my Saturday morning roesti just as much as anybody else. These ones come with great combos. If you get there early enough, you can buy jars of the peasant sauce to take home (salivating at the thought of it). <br>

"I've come to this restaurant many, many times during my yearly visit of the Uzes area. I have not been disappointed once, excellent food every time, friendly staff, great atmosphere inside or outside. But the food really is the highlight. It's fresh, seasonal, tasty, generously...served... simply perfect. And from someone which comes from Switzerland the prices are just amazing. Never would you get this amount of quality in your plate for even double the price in Switzerland. I've been here many times before and I'm always looking forward to coming back when I'm in the area. Best restaurant I've ever had the pleasure of eating in."
