"Spent two weeks on Hamilton Island with the family and the only regret was not ordering the Fishi 'Taste of the Sea' platter early in the holiday. My wife, two kids and I ordered 3 x T.O.T.S. platters a couple of days before and rang to pick it up at about 3.30pm. Told it wouldn't be ready for at least half an hour. That's how fresh this platter was. We eat a lot of seafood and without a doubt, the freshest, plentiful and most enjoyable selection we've ever eaten. Picking up the platter, Matt"

"Lovely, lovely tapas sitting next to the beautiful Marina! Tapas is our favourite style of eating, and Denman's has got it right. Had a really enjoyable meal. The Roo was tasty, calamari was delicious, and the chips are to die for! easily the best chips we've had in a long long time, maybe even forever. Would recommend, can't wait to come back and try more"

"Went to Fishi. Bought beautiful FRESH Coral Trout, Wild Barramundi and cooked prawns. Lady was so helpful, giving us smoked salt, freezer pack and lemon. Came back to our timeshare, cooked and absolutely enjoyed. Want fresh fish, go to Fishi, Cannonvale."

"We have booked online through their web page, but were filled with abruptness when we arrived. we said that the bookings did not play any roles and only find one table where was always free. it was pretty busy, but we were happy enough to find a table for our party of 4. it felt like a real annoying for the employee who welcomed us. Eating and drinks were pretty good and cheap. Bar-Tender was very friendly and asked how our food was when they packed for the night."

"Busy Saturday night but great friendly and efficient service. Food was fantastic, huge portion of beautifully crisp but moist grenadier and chips and hubby says that's the best rib fillet he's ever had! Thanks so much Banjo's, you rock!"

"All the reviews stated there is good food are either from people who haven 't stepped outside McDonald 's or have never experienced quality food, all the bad food reviews are extremely accurate. Food was substandard, the worst steak dinner I have ever had in a restaurant! Med rare eye filet was hard dry and flavourless salade was the same as was the garlic cream sauce I don 't believe the eye filet was eye filet) the staff appear to be abandoned teenagers who huff and puff around the bar looking annoyed if asked for a drink. I asked for a carb free beer on arrival when the girl in the bar just stared at me and said no I then asked for a bottle of Wirra Wirra Shiraz which is one of four available on the menu, she looked for about 2seconds and said we 're all out she didn 't give me a suggestion as to something similar or offer me a wine list I had to go back to my table look for another Shiraz I 'm sure there was plenty of it there somewhere it was just too much work to ask anyone where) After I handed back my substandard steak to which the manager apologised for and refunded the $54 I then asked for the same Shiraz I got earlier and they told me I got the last bottle without checking stock yet again. Would not recommend it at all stay clear don 't waste valuable holiday time, head into town same views. Attitude from the staff is exactly what I 'd expect from a bunch of teens left to run such an establishment."
