"I got a salad bowl with chicken and sour cream and had some of the worst diharhea of my life. The food was poorly made and way overpriced. Chipotle is infinitely better and I’ve never gotten sick there or at any other taco/burrito place like this. I’m never going back to this place."

"They were said to be shorthanded what is normal nowadays. we got 2 of four drinks 30 minutes after sitting, from another waiter. our children only got drinks an hour later after eating. I ordered a veggieburger who was so terribly burned. I never touched my food or got help. our waitress was not busy, she just never checked us. fortunately, I finally talked to the bartender so we can pay to go. we traveled all day. I never have to eat. we are starved again on the road and two hours behind the schedule. we will never try chili again."

"Have been to this location various times and each time something goes wrong. On my last visit there was a men's hair in my food (2 days ago) but I gave it one more chance to see if it would happen again and sure enough I found a women's black hair in my bowl by PULLING IT OUT OF MY MOUTH. The hair is explainable as no one at this location wears a hair net. Secondly I requested lettuce and the worker PICKED THE LETTUCE UP OFF THE COUNTER (LEFTOVER LETTUCE) and put it in my bowl. Though some of the staff are understanding and nice i will definitely not be returning to this location."
