Okay, this place is in the pretty good, but I just brought my chipotle bowl to the house and there are hard leaves in my bowl? it is either a really hard spinat sheet (which makes me a bit dissatisfied in the face of chipotles pastness with spinat, and I never had the opportunity to put spinach in my bowl) or it is a legit sheet from the outside. "We just experienced Papa Jacks for the first time, and it was exceptional food! The smoked Cabbage is delicious and super tender, the pinto beans are seasoned well and the best beans I’ve ever had. The smoked Mac&Cheese was cheesy and incredibly seasoned, the sausage link (not pictured) was juicy and plump, the lean brisket was tender moist and all around delicious. But for me the star of the show was the ribs. The ribs were excellent they had a delicious bark on them, and the bone was clean because the meat just fell right off! The service was fast, and everyone was incredibly friendly, even though they were extremely busy! Hands down a place you have to try in Waco! Best BBQ Waco has to offer! Ps. The prices are fantastic!"
