"We had dinner at Haweli Hammersmith on 29.09.21. The service was perfect we were made to feel welcome, not rushed but not slow, we were given help in deciding our menu choice. The restaurant is clean, minimalist and comfortable. We ordered the Chef's special and a Chicken Shashlic (and rice and Sag Aloo). The food was absolutely delicious. It had obviously been cooked to order as it was fresh in smell and appearance and hot (rather than something that had been made some time earlier and left to keep warm). We used to live near to the Haweli Hammersmith but moved to Devon over 6 years ago, it was a delight to return this week. I would highly recommend this restaurant."
In nice weather you can even be served in the outdoor area.

"I have to agree with some of the recent reviews, the customer service is appalling. I waited an hour for a delivery (Uber explains the delay was the restaurant) to be delivered the wrong Kebab. Also sauce and chilli peppers were missing. I went back to the restaurant and got greeted by a short chef who accused me of shouting and told me to keep my voice down! He kept saying it’s busy! My voice was not raised but I was simply trying to speak through a face mask with a queue of customers around me. I have worked front-line with members of public for 17 years and never in my service have I been accused of being rude or loud or received a complaint. I feel the staff should take a long look at themselves. Instead of the member of staff correcting my order he looked though his paperwork and said he made the right kebab, even though it’s not what I ordered. I was not going to eat what I received as I did not like it… that’s why I didn’t order it in the first place! I LEFT THE RESTAURANT WITHOUT MY KEBAB OR THE MONEY I HAD PAID! Avoid or face disappointment."

"We've been ordering food from this place for about a year. I ordered 4 donators with chips/rice today and we find my order missing the rice. I called and asked me to talk to the manager, and he called me a lügner. he asked me to swear that there is no tear and if I did, he says he will bring it later after he has finished everything else! then he'll put my phone on. After my sister spoke to him, he says that he has in every case grasped the rice, so that he will please us by giving one part of the rice and bringing him to all others. I want an extra flowering part of the rice. if the manager that is rude, how would that be personal. you have just lost a loyal customer...read more"

"I had my lunch here and the food was AMAZING. It is a Turkish owned place, and people are amazing and service was OVER THE TOP. I simply loved this place, and would recommend everyone to have food here. Meat is always fresh, daily made,...tasty and most importantly CLEAN. Lots of these kind of fast food places are not very clean, and i don't feel comfortable eating. But this please was super clean and i loved it! I would highly recommend this please!!"
