"We had dinner at Haweli Hammersmith on 29.09.21. The service was perfect we were made to feel welcome, not rushed but not slow, we were given help in deciding our menu choice. The restaurant is clean, minimalist and comfortable. We ordered the Chef's special and a Chicken Shashlic (and rice and Sag Aloo). The food was absolutely delicious. It had obviously been cooked to order as it was fresh in smell and appearance and hot (rather than something that had been made some time earlier and left to keep warm). We used to live near to the Haweli Hammersmith but moved to Devon over 6 years ago, it was a delight to return this week. I would highly recommend this restaurant."
In nice weather you can even be served in the outdoor area.

"I have been going to this shop since 2008. I have seen the quality of the food get progressively worse worse. I had kept going there just to support it as a local business. But today a newish guy working there, going by the name of “ZaZa”, tried to charge me extra for the garnish on the doner and then told me to call the “boss” if I didn’t like it. I called later to say that I’d been dealt with very poorly and that I’d been a customer for a long while. The “boss” told me that he’d been there for 15 years and that he had decided to start charging extra for the chilli garlic sauce and that if I didn’t like it I should not go there again and abruptly hung up without as so much hearing me out. I’m happy to oblige the “boss” and guarantee that I will no longer be buying cold doners with soggy pittas, and shish kebab that has on occasion had the whiff of being pretty off. The issue wasn’t just the extra they wanted to charge but the level of disrespect shown to someone who has been a loyal customer inspite of their poor to barely acceptable kebabs. Very disappointed!"

"I had my lunch here and the food was AMAZING. It is a Turkish owned place, and people are amazing and service was OVER THE TOP. I simply loved this place, and would recommend everyone to have food here. Meat is always fresh, daily made,...tasty and most importantly CLEAN. Lots of these kind of fast food places are not very clean, and i don't feel comfortable eating. But this please was super clean and i loved it! I would highly recommend this please!!"
