"Had a good dinner time with family here.. We were given a nice big booth seat at first, however due to my mum having some issues with her legs, she preferred chair seats... the manager gladly helped us with a change.. Manpuku Salmon Set... the set comes with soup, chawamushi, Idako, baked clams, main dish, rice and fruit . Idako was left out when served and came after my dad finished the set. That was a pretty big set. My dad enjoyed it! Teppan Gyoza was good, very hot! Its 5pcs per order So good that we repeated the item for round 2. Sushi and maki items were all good and fresh! I like the Mentai Ebi Fry Roll. Kids meal, gotten a Turbo Jet for my girl, she loves it. The set was filled with things that kids loved! She dont quite like the fried chicken pieces due to the sweet sauce. Portion abit too much for her cos she is small eater.... but yes, she is happy with the cute plane set! Apple juice was served in quite a big glass. Value for money. Service was good, Manager Magaret was pleasant, helpful and full of patience.. another male manager in specs (didnt manage to get his name) was also pleasant and jovial. Upon payment, I had problem with my membership log in, Manager Magaret was patience and nice to advice me on what to do. I was asked to check thru the items before paying.. BUT.... Jus realised when i am typing this review and looking at my receipt "

"Affordable sushi and Japanese bento which tastes good. The below photo was taken at 7:30pm this evening. The items are freshly made and constantly restocked. There is a long queue too, which shows that they are really popular here. The items are same as those from Sushi express as they are under the same company, but it is cheaper here. You could get items on sale nearer to their closing time."

"Same excellent tasting Japanese food as the other Ichiban Sushi outlets. Good service by the staff too."

"It was a difficult decision because the range for selection in Hei Sushi is huge. On the phone, I entrusted Siti, the helpful Hei sushi staff, to choose the sushi for me. The next day, I went to the West Coast Plaza cozy branch to pick up the take away, and the food was already ready for collection. The lovely supervisor Aishah, and the polite head chef explained to me how they had prepared and arranged the food. When I got to the office and served lunch, my colleagues saw the trays of sushi and went 'wow! ' unanimously. We had such a good time today because everyone loved the delicious food. The comments were, the food was fresh and very tasty. So, THANK YOU Hei Sushi, you have excellent food, great variety and wonderful service! We will definitely return for more!"
