"Willows is a locally owned family restaurant that specializes in Italian food and pizza. We eat there a few times a year and also get takeout. They have entertainment a few nights a week in the dining room. You need to make reservations on those nights. That was the case last night when we decided to go there for dinner. We were seated in the bar, which has a few booths and a number of high top tables, in addition to bar seating. We were seated at a high top. The chairs had a bar to rest your feet, so it wasn't uncomfortable. We started with drinks. My husband just got a soda. I cannot drink right now, but I asked if they could make their drink special coconut margarita alcohol free. The bartender did and it was delicious. My husband ordered the cup of chowder with half an eggplant sandwich. He thought the chowder had a slight vinegar taste to it; I had a small taste and didn't taste anything like that. He said his sandwich was delicious. I ordered the lasagna. It was excellent. Just the right amount of spice and a fair amount of meat and sausage in the sauce. It came with a small loaf of bread. Needless to say, I have today's lunch! Good value at $12.99, if memory serves. And what is dinner out without dessert? The hubby got the turtle cheesecake; I ordered the lemon cream cake. Both were very good and very reasonably priced at $4.99 each. I took pictures of my food, but not his. Don't ask me why. Also. I'm writing this on my phone. So I apologize if I missed some typos."

"I live right up the street, walk to it when the pis is ready, bring it home still hot. Can get a great thin crust with 4 toppings here a lot cheaper then most other local places, and tastes a lot better as well. can't tell you about side stuff and what not, but love the pizza!"

"My wife and I were in the mood for pizza as we strolled the streets of Portland. We came across Bill 's and thought we would give it a chance. We gave our order, presented our debit card, and then the owner stated that they take cash only. Luckily we had some on hand. Ordered a salad to go along with our pizza. When we got the salad, it was very small. Not what I expected for a $6 salad. Our pizza was decent, even though it was fairly pricey for a 17 pie. I ordered a diet soda thinking I would get refills. Well, I finished my soda, took it up to the counter and said I would like a Diet Coke, to which the owner replied, That will be 2 dollars. Are you kidding me? To top it all off, there was the 80 's song Love of a Lifetime playing over and over from the restaurant speakers. Putting all those things together, and just the attitude of the owner, I would rate our experience there at Bills Pizza at a C-. The owner was just a rude person, a cold, cheap man who wanted to nickel and dime me to death. I paid $25 for a pizza, salad, and soda. Thanks Bill!"

"The food here is good or at least the pastrami sandwich is I have ordered it for years...However you should probably just take them out of your take out loop...I have been turned down for delivery at 8 pm too many times doesn't make much sense....food is good, but not good enough for the hassle of calling and getting turned down...also the area where you order food is often very very dusty."
