"It is with great sadness that we must leave this review. my man and I are card with heart sushi vip customers and as such are enthusiastic heart sushi customers. we thought we would try this place, and we must say we will never again.1) we put our name on the waiting list on a table that we are told in our car 30-45 min wait “no problem” but once rolled 1h 30m to I thought I would call it to get us.2) once sitting took for ever to explain the server what we wanted to have ordered as they could not understand. 3) we enjoyed our drink when he finally came. an hour passes and we have no food. the server said the cook is working on it. 45 min we go past asking “is our eating almost ready” coming to find out how they can’t find the chits for everything we have ordered. About 2 hours are over, and we didn't even get 1/2 of what we ordered. we even wrote what was ordered and what we got and they were like “not so sad know”This place is absolutely terrible. they do not have 1/2 menu items, the portion sizes are not correct as per heart sushi portion sizes. Talking to the management, they always said so sorry. I don't know so sorry. has not even offered compensation. we have paid our bill in full amount, will never be “at this location” again and have also sent a huge email in detail to companies. google really needs a ZERO star option development of the right thing"

"Everything is absolutely delicious! Butter tarts, pies, sandwiches, cookies. . .all of it! Bought my husband and son each a half dozen butter tarts for Valentine's day I think the pastry is what makes them so good! <3 But I love the raspberry rhubarb pie the best!"

"So we have known Eddie’s since they opened up in Mississauga.. their food has always been consistent, flavourful and tasty. I really appreciate they don’t douse everything with oil and it’s a fast, friendly service.. we have lived here for over 30 years .. trying out the 1st flagship Hakka restaurant on Ellesmere/Bellamy. My only recommendation is for the squid appetizer .. it’s delicious and the deep fried spicy squid would be a heck of a lot better cut into thin rounds.. the way you serve it makes it so so very chewy, the curls .. recommendations to the chef .. would love to see that change ?. You get 4 stars … next time I hope I can give you a 5 . Excellent guys keep up the good work… your staff are amazing btw .. the service was great .. I had some requests and they were so ready to oblige ??"

"Food genuinely used to be decent, however it's been on a steady decline, especially as a result of the current servers. not worth the risk, would suggest going anywhere else in the plaza. if you see the man with glasses serving I recommend leaving, actually sad to see such a good spot deteriorate like this.Edit: Regarding the man with glasses; I have been served by him multiple times before, and I'm sure many others can vouch for the fact that there is a lack of care for what he is doing. More often than not the sauces are applied carelessly and sloppy, my previous experience he wasn't looking at my container when applying sauces. This is one example amongst many other issues. I genuinely don't expect the most as the food is what I come for, but such blatant disregard for the customer experience makes it hard to return to a potentially great establishment. Standard presentation and service is all I ask for.Thank you to the owner for actually reading reviews and reaching out."
