"It is with great sadness that we must leave this review. my man and I are card with heart sushi vip customers and as such are enthusiastic heart sushi customers. we thought we would try this place, and we must say we will never again.1) we put our name on the waiting list on a table that we are told in our car 30-45 min wait “no problem” but once rolled 1h 30m to I thought I would call it to get us.2) once sitting took for ever to explain the server what we wanted to have ordered as they could not understand. 3) we enjoyed our drink when he finally came. an hour passes and we have no food. the server said the cook is working on it. 45 min we go past asking “is our eating almost ready” coming to find out how they can’t find the chits for everything we have ordered. About 2 hours are over, and we didn't even get 1/2 of what we ordered. we even wrote what was ordered and what we got and they were like “not so sad know”This place is absolutely terrible. they do not have 1/2 menu items, the portion sizes are not correct as per heart sushi portion sizes. Talking to the management, they always said so sorry. I don't know so sorry. has not even offered compensation. we have paid our bill in full amount, will never be “at this location” again and have also sent a huge email in detail to companies. google really needs a ZERO star option development of the right thing"

"Delicious I would recommend to anyone. I recently visited this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. I had spicy fish and a chicken zinger, two popular dishes and they were AMAZING. Very fresh, well prepared food and the sauces complimented the food perfectly. There are a couple of different types of fish, and for those who don 't enjoy fish there are also shawarmas and burgers. The 'chips ' are cut fresh in the morning. 5 stars would recommend to anyone!"

"Honestly my boyfriend got the jerk chicken roti and he liked his meal but I have no idea what happened to mine. I ordered the jerk chicken burger and it was so burnt to the point it was black like charcoal and hard as a rock… and to make things worst the coleslaw sauce was all spilt at the bottom of the burger box so the bread was all wet and mushy… I couldn’t even eat it"

"It was a couple of times with the family, but it's never gonna be back. the manager (picture below shows the dame) is very rude! they complained to me that we used too many serviettes on the table for customer use. we used. a few serviettes that make most people in a restaurant, but they came by to complain and had some rude commentary to make. she lost the customers because of the serviettes sold for as for a pack. Imagine that is the manager and she is so cheap with serviettes, can they think all the other ways she tries to cut cost in the restaurant with the food? Do you think someone so cheap will throw over eating to the left?"
