"Very good value fish and chips, good service and all cooked to order so always hot. good quality and good portions always, but with strange opportunity the fish is a little oily and maybe needed a little more time to let off, otherwise it would have been 5 stars for me."

"Absolutely excellent. my last visit (okt 2021), looked me into the seafood mezze platter. delicious. it came with cornish soles, sardines, coughs, skates, a fish curry and salmon. also a huge starter. really good."

"There were quite a few people waiting for food when I got served, but no one member of staff mentioned a waiting time. My order was placed at 17.12, and my number was 30. As I waited the first number I heard called was 12, but the next few were called quite quickly so I wasn 't overly worried. However I should have been. The service was so slow. As the numbers were called they kept taking orders only pausing for five minutes to 'catch up '. As orders 31, 32,33 and 34 were called, I questioned where my order was, to be told it had been called and collected. I know this was a blatant lie, as firstly what I ordered wasn 't even ready until order 32 was called, as I heard the chef announce two plaice were ready. Plus the drinks I ordered with my food were still on the corner of the counter where I had left them to collect when the food was ready. Add to this, that it was a last minute decision to visit Littlehampton for a late afternoon/ early evening visit, and to enjoy fisn n chips on the beach. I demanded my money back, and then they tried to short change me. By the time this was sorted, all the other fish n chip vendors had closed as I had been waiting around an hour. So being hungry and fed up, we left Littlehampton. So a total waste of parking and fuel. This is definitely the worst place I have been for food. I think 'The Award Winni g ' boadt must be about their poor service. Many people were moaning in the queue."

"Great until I saw that they use the same utensils as pans and so on for non-gluten free dough and gluten-free dough without washing them in between. When he asked the owner, he said he had a business to run and cannot afford to have separate utensils. Shame really, almost celiac friendly."
