"While I was satisfied with the food that was delivered, the restaurant and the serving staff have very big problems communicating with each other and guests. Once our order was taken, they lost half of the dishes in their system. After two hours, they suddenly realized only two out of four tables had received their main dishes. They tried to make due, but we're very unapologetic. I would never go here with a group again because of their issues."

"We took the gourmet menu that was an absolute joy at taste. unusual but balanced combinations of taste that really challenge the taste behind. the paired weeps were also a wonderful balanced and tasty experience that we had missed for nothing. delightful ambiente more family like and relaxed than the typical star restaurant. we enjoyed it more than in many other star restaurants. wonderful experience we can only recommend."

"Both the food and the interactions with the staff are welcoming, rewarding and authentic. Just ask the staff for their recommendations, they in tun will ask how hungry you are which begins a rewarding process. The grilled squid starter, incredible tortellini, or wild mushroom pasta, followed by the main of your choice has been a real treat each time in this difficult to find, hole in the wall, authentic Italian bistro on the river in Tubingen. Worth the 25 minute drive through the countryside from Stuttgart.The menu is adjusted daily and is seasonal; thus the need and enjoyment of asking for guidance. In the summer months the patio in the back overlooking the Neckar river with the small "punts" or poll propelled gondolas drifting by is a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, with success comes the opening of a second location in Tubingen which is in the planning stages now. Yet, which promises a more upscale, modern, open kitchen experience for diners."
In beautiful weather you can even eat and drink in the outdoor area.

"Yes, the menu is good, lots of choices, but the quality is getting worth since years. 2 times I have got a hair in my soup. Oh..... After long discussion with the waiter the soup was taken away and I still had to pay for it. In which year do we leave?!Few times the stake was extremely salty and I am the person who can't taste the salt in the food only when it is salty like the water in the Dead Sea. The waiters are tired and unfriendly most of the time.The area is nice. It is decorated in traditional style. Removing the dust could be a nice thing. And for all that you will get a fat bill."
