"Terrible attitude and service. Had to wait 10 minutes at the bar with 5 more people behind me to get a coffee. The lady at the bar asked us to wait aside since we are bothering her, but she did not bother telling us we could not order there at all and only on a table. This we discovered after 5 more minutes of waiting. Just left the place, will never come back."

"After a winter hiking tour I stopped at Cristal for a coffee break. The location is very sunny all afternoon and with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. Friendly and smiling welcome, although it was the last day of the winter season. I chose a homemade LInzer cake with vanilla ice cream: quite decent, but not exceptional. In addition to an apple juice and a coffee, the check was CHF15 a reasonable price considering the top position."
