"The hotel is located in a small shopping center, it looks fun, a little expensive, but worth a try. we ordered the clam chowder bread bowls and a pfund crab legs. we had to stand up and wait for the crab legs and said it would be another 20 minutes for our suppe. we sat on a plastic table with paper on it and tried to eat the crumb legs without cracker, hammer or something else than a plastic fork. When we took the meat out, it was cold. the suppe did not come for 45 minutes, so we went to the counter and heard them that they would tell another gentleman that it would be 15 minutes for his suppe. that would make it an hour for us. I noticed the box on the counter said ivars clam chowder on the outside. what was good, I love ivars suppe. when she finally gave it to us, it was cold and it was the ivars condensed, but she did not add the milk, so it was terrible! she refunded our suppening price and without apology. it was by far the worst eating I was in ketchikan, and we couldn't finish shopping before we had to board the ship because we spent a long time waiting for our uncooked suppe. two thumbs down!"
