Fish Tacos are BOMB. I have one of every halibut and salmon. Tacos do not fall apart, and the shrimp is on top. The fish was juicy and fresh. The frits were very good, beautiful and crispy outside and juicy inside, went super with accompanying sauces! Also got smoked salmon chowder, which was very hearty. Ok, I am biased as I have had my fair share of fish tacos and really good ones. Some really great ones here in Alaska. Let's start with the hard taco shell... probably premade, just ok and costly at $20 for two. Follow that with small pieces of fish (Luke warm) and smothered with sauces.
