"Similar to the other reviews I ordered my food for pickup which was promised at 7:50 and was told ?it will be a while? and I didn?t actually get my food until well after 8 after watching 10 15 people come right in front of me and order their food andgo. There is no reason anyone should be waiting for over 25 minutes for a to go order. I asked if I could just go through thelobby line and have that line make my food but they refused. Then once I received my food and went to eat it, they clearly didnot scoop anything into the actual tacos seems like it was done intentionally or maybe they just threw the food in the bag.Either way still not ok. They really need better management and better policies and procedures so they aren?t getting so backedup with to go orders while the main line is standing around waiting for people to come in. The manager Katie didn?t seem to careat all, she didn?t step in one time to help anyone or even her team."
