"Gestyltes Lokal, obwohl reserviert, bekamen wir einen 4er Tisch, wo der Service Mühe hatte, gut zu servieren. 15 GM Piunkte heisst ja teuer. So war es- 1 lt Mineralwasser CHF 10.50 im Offen-Ausschank mittels Karaffe! Die Morcheln auf dem Kalbsteak waren sicher nicht frisch, schade. Dann muss man Geduld haben. Entweder war die Küche überfordert oder sonst ging was nicht. wir waren um 19h da und der Dessert kam nach 23h.Ich kann dieses Lkoal nicht weiterempfehlen. Schade."

Der Bachtel kann auf verschiedenen interessanten Wegen zu Fuss, mit dem Bike und auch mit dem Auto erreicht werden (20% Steigung)! Nebst der tollen Aussicht in die Berge kann man sich im Restaurant Bachtel Kulm auch sehr gut verpflegen. Ab 9 Uhr gibt es ein feines Frühstück nach Wahl, danach sind diverse Speisen erhältlich, die Speisekarte auf der Webseite gibt darüber Auskunft.Bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt am 31.12.16/1.1.17 haben wir ein ausgezeichnet zubereitetes Silvestermenü genossen. Die neuen Pächter und ihre Mitarbeitenden haben uns sehr zuvorkommend bedient, auch bei diesem hektischen Silvester-Betrieb wurden unsere Sonderwünsche, wie glutenfreie Speisen, problemlos erfüllt."

"Es ist perfekt der Service und es ging ruck zack und die Karte mit vielfältigen Menü war schon da. Auch Veganer haben sie gedacht. Einzig was nicht dazu passt ist das man für das Hahnenwasser gleichviel bezahlen muss wie normale Süsswasser Getränke, weil das Wasser durch einen angeblichen zusätzlichen Filter gereinigt wird und durch das dass Wasser noch besser werden soll. So ein Quatsch wir haben sauberes und trinkbares Wasser und dazu braucht es keinen zusätzlichen Filter. Ansonsten war das Essen gut gewesen und riesige Mengen dass man nur mit Mühe alles auf gegessen hat."
