"We stopped at Smiffys twice with our kids whilst staying in Aviemore. My daughter has coeliac disease meaning trying to find somewhere she can safely eat can be tricky but the staff at Smiffys were very knowledgable and were able to tell us straight away what she could have with her chips that are always gluten free. It always puts our minds at ease when the staff are clued up on what’s required whilst eating out with coeliac disease and Smiffys did just that."

"We ordered fish and chips and battered mars bars. The service was excellent, both fast and friendly despite it being very busy. It was some of the best fish and chips we've had (and we're from Pembrokeshire). Would definitely visit again when in Aviemore."

"What a quirky little cracker. Some amazing home cooked food in a cozy and welcoming venue. Almost a 5 star spot but the service was a little chaotic but the staff are friendly and accommodating if a little rushed. I had the chicken curry and it was absolutely delightful! Would not hesitate to try again if I was in the area."

"We had booked a table at 20:00 for 20:30, we had there 5 minutes late and was asked to wait at the bar with menus while a table was prepared for us, we were also drinking on the house for waiting. I ordered the shoved bark that arrived after a relatiw short waiting and it was one of the best meal times that I had during eating in a past, the bark was extremely tender and the fat literally melted in my mouth. the personal was very nice and polite and we received a discount of 20% for the late of the table. very happy with the service and would return definitiw."
