"Unassuming location but on the way into St. Ignace, right by the Family Fare grocery store. Counter help was very friendly and the selection included whitefish, salmon and trout. Smelled amazing can't wait to try the fish!"

"Better than what I expected based on the rating. There seemed to be only one fella working the floor (kinda looked like an old-school Brooklyn or Chicago line cook. You know... beer gut, 5 O'clock shadow, vaguely Italian looking) but he was right on top of things. Kept checking up on me to make sure I didn't need anything. He also saved me a little coin because although I initially didn't want the Wednesday burger special since it came with unlimited fries and slaw, which I didn't need, he ended up charging me for it because it was cheaper than the regular price of all the burger toppings I ordered. Burger was good; like one you'd make at home and was perfectly medium-rare as I had asked for. I also like the atmosphere a lot. It's primarily train and nautical themed and I'm a sucker for railroad paraphernalia. Plus, they have one Hell of a view of the water. I'd hang on the patio or at the bar all day if I was in the area."

"The absolute best Mexican food we had for years. We have lived the whole country and compare food with California, Joses IS real, authentic and just flat out amazing. All we tried was phenomenal! The cook loves his craft and puts his heart in every dish. We are always sad when you are all near the season and wait impatiently for the opening day. Seriously, you won't be disappointed. Service is always great!"
