"The setting, on top of a hill, in a former religious astablishment is enough on its own to attract you up there. The building is fairytale and the restaurant is truly superb. Fine dining and don't turn up in shorts and a t shirt !...Smart casual will be fine, though. Amazing menu, wine list and cooking. Service is at a leisurely pace but why would anyone want to be rushed in surroundings like this ? There are few places in the world I have visited over 70 years which would surpass the overall experience here. And this ancient place has accommodation as well, apparently, although we visited from outside the immediate area. Waiter more than happy to explain any gaps in my knowledge of food cooking styles."
