"Absolute best of the quick sushi locations in Canberra. We visit Hero Sushi once a week and are never disappointed. Clean, fresh and delicious with a great variety of flavours. Personally, I never like to order non-seafood sushi but I make an exception here: their Spicy Pork on black rice is wonderful. Love the different styles of rice. Tempura prawn, terriyaki salmon and grilled scallop are our favourites. Service is always fast and friendly."

"Very fine place to enjoyable time with your love one. Group or couple all good. Friendly staffs always happy to help you with your order. Event that is your first time att Okami restaurant. Reasonable, why people's keep coming back because atmosphere here like a family dinner all you can eat. Foods is good. Above average with fast service. Dessert with 3 different choices of ice cream. I have been here on my birthday dinner with family. 15/11/2023. Well done Okami. Will be back. David Ng"

"If you're used to fine quality authentic Asian dining then Eastern Tiger is not for you, however, if like me you've knocked about regional Australia, perhaps eaten at an RSL chinese or two, then this place will feel like a second home.The cuisine is best described as well and truly Australianised chinese, the usual standard fare were there, sweet and sour pork, beef black bean, honey chicken etc. Most food was turned over reasonably quick and cooked fresh there. The highlights for me were the BBQ Pork and cripsy skin chicken which I believe were reasonably authentic.We went on a Saturday night as it's the only night with fresh oysters from the coast but they had already been eaten by the time we arrived (7:30) but there were plenty of prawns and some crab still left. A basic basic salad bar existed, but you wouldn't come here as a vegetarian.My advice would be to sit down the front if possible, when we arrived there were lots of families (kids?) up on the top level and it was very loud. We ended up sitting in the front on the ground level which has the added advantage of being closer to the food!I booked a group of four using two groupons, ended up being about $60 for all of us including a drink eat, reasonable value especially as we all left packed to the gunnels! Could do worse and would be a good place to bring some kiddies."

"This café is located in the middle of Westfield shopping centre. Stopped off at the café for bite to eat and drinks with my husband and 3 year old during a shopping trip. I had bought a couple of take away sushi rolls from another place. My husband ordered a full plate of food and a coffee and 2 milkshakes for my 3 year old and I. Total cost of the order was around $30. The café was relatively empty when we arrived. When the waitress brought the drinks around she noticed that I was eating a sushi roll and said that customers were not allowed to bring food bought from elsewhere into the café and that I should stop eating it. I still had the sushi box out when the manager/owner came past shortly thereafter and said that customers were not allowed to bring other food into her café and I should put it away immediately. I said I was not aware of this policy, and that there really should be a sign out the front to say that this was the policy if she felt so strongly about it. I wouldn't have come in if that was the case. She said she'd had people buy a bottle of water and eat McDonalds at the café. This clearly wasn't the case with us. I said that my daughter is allergic (anaphylactic) to dairy, nuts and eggs (which are in most things) and that I had also brought some food for her. This didn't sway her and she said suggested that there were other places we could go to in the circumstances like a food court! At that point I really should have asked her to refund the money for the food that had not yet been served and just gotten the hell out of there. Given it's location, this café should be doing a roaring trade, but not when it treats its paying customers with such rudeness and contempt. There are so many other customer-friendly cafés to go to - I would definitely give this one a big miss."
