"Pizza, worst delivery time ever! we ordered 2 party pizzas from capri Saturday 16 May 2015. we asked for additional sardels on one of the pizzas. the delivery time was 45 minutes to 1 hour. 2 hours later, the pizzas had not arrived, we called them and told the supplier 5 minutes ago. 15 minutes later we got a call from capri and said they knocked on the door and nobody answered. we answered that no one was at our door. they had sent their supplier to the wrong address. finally the pizzas arrived, there were no sardelles on one of the pizzas they were dry and burned at the floor. we only paid them half price, but it doesn't...read more"

"Phoned ahead to book a table. There was already attitude when we asked if they had a table at either 5.30pm or 6pm, either way we were happy. Was told to pick a time and stick with it, not give them two different times. We...were only asking for either or times. For them to say to us what time they could fit us in as we were ringing an hour before dinner. Upon arrival, no table had been reserved for us. They found us a table, the gentleman was lovely who took us to our seat. Asked a question to the staff at the bar prior to ordering on if we could have the 1kg schnitzel without the beer (as it comes with a beer in a special deal) as we cannot have alcohol. We were told no. The beer must be taken. We were going to take the beer and give to another customer, or ask the staff to tip it down the drain as it was not needed. (although I am unsure why they needed to actually pour it when we were happy just to NOT have a beer or drink at all with it) Asked if we could have and pay the price they have for the challenge, $40 for just a 1kg chicken schnitzel . No, Not allowed. Began ordering Asked for a children 's schnitzel, gluten free. I received attitude because I should have asked for a gluten free schnitzel and specified gluten free first, not after the words children 's schnitzel. Ordered a schnitzel '1kg challenge ' Was then asked if we were going to participate in the challenge, no we were just wanting to pay the money and eat the schnitzel. Was told no. Unless doing to the challenge (eat within 45 minutes to have your photo on Facebook, name on a board etc) So could not pay the full price and just eat the food. No attempt to work with customers requirements. Giving no option for a beer, for someone who cannot have alcohol. Would not even let us forfeit the beer. We left without finalizing our ordering and had a lovely dinner elsewhere. Saved us over $100 for what we were ordering from The Schnithouse. This is not the first time we have been unhappy with the service, this time we definitely will not return. Previous visits we have noticed Average pricing. Average size meals. Terrible service."

"A generous three stars. The pizza was a bit better than dominos. The base was floppy. It only had chicken, cheese and sauce for toppings and it was still floppier than the owner on a Friday night. The customer service was average, the server was disrespecting customers in-store by answering phone orders infront of them while they waited. Go to dominos, this isn't worth twice the price. If I wanted to pay double for a similar thing, I'd buy beer from the pub."
