"I am a sales rep, and I drive all over western Nc. I know the location of every chick Fil a, and visit at least twice a day. I ALWAYS order a Large Coke Zero with no ice. Tritan gave me a medium. I said “ I asked for a large”. He said “You asked for a medium”. He could see on my face that I was not pleased. I order at least 2 of these daily and at least 2 every weekend. That is a total of 12 LARGE coke zeros in a week. I know what I said. He had to make a point by contradicting me. And then said “ you said a medium, but I’ll go ahead and give you a large anyway”. Someone needs to teach this gentleman how to get rid of his ego. The answer should have been “I’m sorry may. I ring up a medium. I will gladly ring up a large for you.” Needless to say, I simply walked out with a medium."
The place also offers the possibility to sit outside and be served in nice weather.

"The service was not great. workers went around and looked like they didn't want to be there. the girl that took our order seemed like she was a more educative. she took our order and understood something wrong. we ordered a partial salad and forgot it. my daughter had cajun pasta and the chicken in it seemed dried out and old. She also said that the sauce does not taste properly. I ordered mais on the cable and was instead given Mexican mais. when we told the new server, my daughter couldn't eat her pasta dish. also the staff was not very friendly or helpful."

"Usually a good spot. Ordered go to this time though and sadly couldn't enjoy my burrito because of how much sour cream and guacamole was on there. It was all mush. Only bad experience so far but don't recommend ordering online in case you don't absolutely want it smothered."

"I went 2 nights in a row the first night around 8 pm they said they were out of chicken, the very next night I ordered a 12 piece and I kid you not I got it and it was raw inside still bloody the service at this location on patton avenue has declined so bad it's not safe to even eat here anymore there was also a rude note on the drive thru window I have pics of food and note"

"I wouldn’t recommend this location after today. My son and I went to this IHOP this afternoon. We were waiting in the lobby for service. Finally a older lady sweeping the floor told me sorry and went on sweeping. A couple walks in and she dropped everything to seat em. She didn’t asked if we were helped or anything. We left and went to another ihop and received service. IHOP you might want to help this location with some better training and social skills."
