"Es war wieder mal Zeit für Fisch. Da ich gerade in der Gegend war, entschied ich mich für die Fischerstube in Weesen. Ich wurde sehr angenehm empfangen, mein Nostalgie 2-Gang Menue Halb - Halb hat mich überzeugt. Als ersten Gang servierte man mir Eglifilets gebacken, Kartoffeln und eine geschmacklich perfekte Sauce Tartare. Gang 2, übrigens mein Favorit, bestand aus perfekt gekochten Felchenfilets nach Hausart, einem sehr guten, knackigen Blattspinat und Trockenreis. Gelungen waren auch die kleinen Toasts mit der hausgemachten Sauce. Was die offenen Weine betrifft, da wäre noch etwas Luft nach oben. Nun zum einzig negativen Punkt: im Restaurant war weiss gedeckt inklusive Stoffserviette, im Bistro hingegen isst man auf Plastik Sets mit Papierservietten. Die Preise für die Speisen sind dieselben. Die Servicemitarbeiterinnen und die Chefin waren professionell, angenehm und sehr freundlich. Auch Parkplätze stehen genügend zur Verfügung."

"They refused to serve us a meal saying that they had too much reservations, however, the restaurant was nearly empty. In spite of that we stayed and had a beer but the staff was unfriendly.The view is nice but do not go there if you are hungry."
