"Mit einem 2er Schlitten wurden wir direkt vor dem Hotel abgeholt und bei sternenklarem Himmel ins Sertigtal gefahren (ca 75 Minuten).Im Restaurant Mühle servierten sie uns ein hervorragendes Käse-Fondue. Die Ambiance ist gemütlich, verspielt, warm - mit viel Holz und liebe zum Detail. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Restaurant (vorallem in Kombination mit einer Schlittenfahrt) wärmstens empfehlen."

"Mit dem Auto über eine Naturstrasse zu erreichen. Diese Strasse ist nicht für tiefergelegte Autos geeignet und auch mit normalen sehr mühsam zu befahren. aber langsam und vorsichtig kommt man ans ziel.Ich habe davor angerufen und die Wirtin gab uns eine sehr genau zutreffende beschreibung des wegs. als wir ankamen im Restaurant wurden wir sehr nett empfangen und sofort bewirtet. Die clavadeler Alp ist nicht nur Restaurant sondern auch die Schaukäserei wo Bündner Alpchäs hergestellt wird. Leider war unser Besuch etwas zu früh im Monat da die Tiere erst 1 Woche später hoch kamen und so nochnicht gekäst wurde. Jedoch bekamen wir eine ausführliche Erzählung und Beschreibung des ablaufes von der Wirtin und sogar den Käsekeller durften wir ansehn. Wirklich ein Besuch wert."
