"This subway store, and it’s manager, were so accommodating for our Boxing Day meal. I arranged platters to be made with them and they opened the store especially for us which was amazing and gave us a complimentary platter of cookies too. The sandwiches...were great and catered for all attendees. Big thank you to all as you saved us so much stress as no where else were able to do fresh sandwiches on the day. We will definitely be arranging for it again "

"Hi, I had the absolute displeasure of visiting one of your shops today. It is in Tesco Formby. Disgusting filthy dirty shop I walked in for a coffee, waited at the till looking at the floor covered in dirt, at the open topped stuffed full bin next to the counter. The dirty rags strewn on the floor. The counter looking filthy dirty. Then I looked at the coffee machine with no guard over the drip tray, full of dirty stale milk, with an upturned small coffee cup sat in the middle of it! I asked for an oat milk latte coffee with sugar free syrup. £4.45 the cost! Imagine my horror to watch the member of staff lift the cup from the drip tray and put it under the coffee machine and allowing my coffee to go into it! She then looked at 8 dirty, uncleaned jugs that had clearly been used before, she selected, and I mean selected, the one that looked the cleanest! WOW! Then she put my oat milk in it! Not sure how she knew what had been in it before! I just hoped it was not animal milk, or indeed nuts, the consequences could have been disastrous. Anyway, I then said to her, is that my coffee, referring to the cup she had recovered from the drip tray. Oh yes she said, I am going to pour the contents into your coffee. I felt sick, without saying a word, she then got one of the other dirty cups off the side, tutted and as if to repeat the process, but in some way convince me that this time it will be clean, put more coffee into the handled holder, pressed it down, then used her hand and wiped the top of it! She had been cleaning the bloody tables two minutes before that! No hand washing no hygiene. I said it’s ok I will leave it, and went to leave, but then Remembered I had paid already, so went back for a refund, then the ‘shift manager’ came through and tried to tel me that Costa had trained them to use their hand to wipe the coffee handle! What on earth are you doing as a business! As a trader, as a company who operates a service of consumable goods to the public. It is by far the worst state I have ever seen a shop. The lack of hygiene, poor customer service and sheer audacity to then tell the customer that Costa had trained them to use their own filthy hands to wipe a product. Then when I get my refund, they can’t even work the bloody till and the manager decided my refund, so cost of my drink, was only £4!!!!!! I do have images, but won’t add them here!"

"The fish and chips were the best ever to inherit with real mushy (very important). the teig was perfect and the chips crispy 5/5. I also had a laugh and it was really nice. kerry the owner is so helpful and friendly. my friend joan goes there all the time because she loves to eat her."
