Although we have moved out of the Detroit area a decade ago, this is our place when we are here again and again. the most delicious food we can eat without worrying about any cross-contamination. they even have many jain options without wobble and garlic. read more.

What User doesn't like about Krishna Catering:
This was my favorite Indian restaurant until I discovered that the sign outside was a lie. The sign says Pure Vegetarian I found out that that means whatever they want it to mean, and it doesn't mean Vegan (Pure Vegetarian). They put butter (Ghee clarified butter) in almost everything including the Sambar soup. "Great place if all you want is a basic bagel. Bagels are so good on their own but I always get the Vegan Special which is a bagel with cream cheese and fresh veggies on it. Veggies are always ripe and crisp and flavorful. They 're generous with the spreads and toppings. I reccomend the garlic bagel and rosemary bagel but all that I 've tried are great. Lines are always long on weekends so I reccomend ordering ahead of time online (which will likely have 1st availability for pickup an hour out). Kind of annoying that it 's time consuming for a bagel but... honestly still worth it. Usuallt fully staffed with all hands on deck, they are all nice and work hard to keep things efficient. I was impressed when I ordered in store last time as the worker put on a new pair of gloves and was meticulous while making my sandwich with care. Would definitely be better if we had some vegan egg/sausage/cheese type options but cream cheese will do for now. They also have fresh fruit cups, coffee, juices, kombuchas, etc. available for purchase."
