"Myself and my friend visited here as we were in Birmingham for my friend's birthday. We opted for the bottomless champagne lunch. It was all a bit faulty towers-esque style dining. The staff were not familiar with the menu, the meat was pretty over cooked...but still very tender and good quality, it was very quiet but the music kept it from feeling empty. It was just quite unusual, but as we were enjoying bottomless champagne it made for a funny enjoyable lunch time. I don't think our experience is what the restaurant is actually going for, but we enjoyed it none-the-less. I would of given it stars, but when you're spending each on lunch tip, we did expect the staff to know what they were serving and for the beef to of come out pink as promised."

"Looking for somewhere to eat and came across this place. The food was gorgeous, staff friendly and welcoming and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. And to top it all off excellent value for money!! Would highly recommend and one of our party was a foodie who usually comments on how much better her cooking is.. n9 comment was made! Get in and fill your faces!"

"Attended on monday evening the food had been leftover from the weekend and was dry. It had been clearly reheated and the fruit/vegetables selection and the cream on it had gone all sour meaning it was left out for a long time/old. There was a mouse running underneath the tables with food on (buffet). All of my family found the food disgusting and did not eat anything, we left it all there. I politely asked for a refund but the gentleman refused, which is okay. He refused to provide a receipt, who does that? Then when I quieried him over it and just dry to discuss my complaint, he walked and refused to speak with me. I did not understand what I had done wrong. The restaurant had provided all food with poor hygeiene, even the kids were refusing to eat because it tasted so bad. Man at front desk, old with white beard and bald was extremley rude and was not having a simple conversation with me. As soon as I brought up the issues he was very reluctant to discuss it."

"I went to this restaurant yesterday night, we booked a table for two and was expecting a lot for the money, considering Thai Edge was faultless; very posh.So we arrived at around 6.40, we knew we were early so we just sat in the lounge part until we were called to our table. I asked for some water and my friend had a Stella; the waitress gave me tap water which I wasn't very happy with. It came to 7:10 PM when we were called to a table for FOUR, so it was late and wrong! "I had booked a table with my boyfriend in this restaurant. The first impression is great, you enter through the bar part that recalls the bars to the French, beautifully decorated, hosted by the French. They have a great selection of drinks and a wonderful cocktail menu. The menu is very tempting, we opted for flat to share with a delicious selection of Italian deli input and a side of beef as a main course, served with home fries, vegetables and a selection of three sauces."
