"Fun family trip! Many games, the bowling was great and the food was also good! The room is really big, so we felt like we had a lot of space for our family."

"Really nice cruise. They followed all Kovid guidelines and it was still a great time. The boat is really nice updated with huge picture windows. Everything was clean and polished. You could say they are proud to serve their guests. They told the excursion with interesting quips about the history of the lake, the preservation of the lakes and those living in the large houses on the lake. The food was served family style and was delicious. They pay particular attention to detail and special requests. We celebrated our birthdays and the celebration cake with berry mousse was slightly fluffy and fresh. They had an open bar and open places to enjoy the outdoor area. The leaves were vibrant autumn colors and we had an excellent time."

"Our fishing club made a scheduled lunch stop at Lord Fletcher's midway through our annual crappie tournament. We were served promptly and were ready to complete the tournament on time. I ordered the brisket burger and was very satisfied. Full of flavor but messy to eat and not something to make a regular due to the calories. Fries were some of the best I've had recently-very crisp and just the right amount of salt."

"Was told we had to hold our pepper and salt when we asked for him to just put it in the bag he stated they 'd forget it and shoved the salt pepper and ketchup back at us. Not that holding pepper and salt is a hard thing to do the bag with our food in it would have sufficed and could not have been forgotten. This Culver 's is usually great and I get the opposite experience, seems there is mutiny amongst the ranks.I recently visited Culver 's and was left disappointed with my customer service experience. Despite being greeted promptly upon entering the restaurant, I had to wait for over 15 minutes for someone to take my order. When I finally did place my order, the staff member seemed uninterested and rushed through the process. The food took even longer to arrive, and when it did, it was not prepared correctly. I had to ask multiple times for ketchup and mustard, which were never brought to me. Overall, my experience at Culver 's was frustrating and left much to be desired."
