"I was really disappointed this time. Anticuchos were the smallest and thinest pieces ever and without the anticucho flavor. Last time I was there, they were bigger and delicious. Papa a la Huancaina lacked flavor and the same for the chicken arroz chaufa. Peruvian food has much more flavor and portions are much bigger, I know because I am peruvian. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll go back."

"I was very excited because I thought that because of the name the costeñito would really sell good food from the coast, we were very excited with my family…. we asked for encebollados and there was none…. Our second option was a seafood soup, but it was a bad choice. It wasn't a seafood soup, it was water with tomato and seafood. I was very frustrated ? and when I saw the very expensive bill, I was really frustrated. and tips .. for my part, I do not recommend the costeñito, the place is beautiful, very clean, but in terms of food, I do not recommend"
