"We were on a cycling trip and stopped here for lunch. My meat eating friends liked the food . Although the menu is simple enough, they all said it was good. I asked if they could make something vegetarian for me. We were a group of 7, drinking wine etc as well as eating, so I thought they would try to knock something up an omelette or just an egg and potatoes would have been fine. No, they could not do that. I asked if they could make a salad but they could not do that either even though they served side salad with the mains. I am quite flexible and undemanding, and it was disappointing to be met with inflexibility."

"Charming (as in homely) service. Speciality is traditional home made crêpes/galettes savoury and sweet. Although on the day my wife preferred an omelette which was delicious. Perfect for a quick lunchtime stopover. €51 including a half bottle of St Nicholas and 2 coffees. Charming village to walk around before or after lunch."

"We sat outside on the pavement as we had our 4-legged friend with us, right on the road so was a bit noisy. Ordered a café crème and café noir and were offered a free top-up which we accepted. Glad we did as the bill came to €6.60, expensive for what was average coffee. I love quirky places but this was over the top to me, crammed full of objects and ornaments, most of which on inspection were cheap tat but I was still frightened of breaking something! I liked the dining room set up on the first floor (via spiral stairs). Service was friendly. Clean toilet. Cute handwritten receipt."
