"We never expected to find such first rate cuisine on a mountain in Tirol above St. Ulrich) ! We’ve been searching for years for a repeat Knödel experience in Tirol northern Italy) and the Knoedel soup here was fabulous! We also ordered Apple strudel which was outstanding freshly baked, full of apple flavor and speckled with a few succulent raisins. The pastry portion was a special “Mürbeteig” that was simply delicious and complimented by freshly whipped cream served respectfully beside the strudel. Clearly, a lot of love and attention to detail is reflected in the food here."
