This alpine hut was my first choice based on the menu and views, and was a short to moderate level downhill trail 2C, from the top of the Col Raiser gondola. Follow the trail behind Col Raiser restaurant, passing Odles Hutte, veering left towards Fermeda Chair, passing Cuca hutte, the chairlift, and then Neidia hutte, before arriving at Gamsblut (30-40 later). We stopped for lunch at Baita Gamsblut Hutte on several occasions while on a skiing holiday in the Dolomites. One is spoiled for choice when it comes to dining in this beautiful mountainous region as there are a good number of interesting restaurants. Very nice place to stop while skiing in Val Gardena . Food very good , quick service , beautiful view of the snow mountains. Very recommended.
