"On a cool coffee. beautiful independent pitstop, quite minimalist in the inner but spacious. many seating opportunities to watch high for people (although not much to see in the fairy) or low cozy chat recreation. no great selection of sweet...treats, unless they are a brownie fan. fab coffee, good quality, good choice."

"Various members of the family have now visited several times and everything has always been perfect. Great portions, always fresh …and avocado eggs perfectly done (lovely sourdough bread), must come back to try the cakes …. Nice coffees too. Dog friendly outside tables too."

"We have made a nice note with a birthday card on the table when it was my men 40th birthday. a good choice in the menu. my man had the crab starter he really liked. subtle Asian aromes and delicate crab meat. my deaf breast was pink and tender and the salat fresh. for the main we both decided to lame and anna kartoffel. the lamb rap was slowly cooked and only the touch of a fork broke it apart. the Anna potato was buttery and crisp from below and soft inside. the sauce was excellent. perfectly cooked asparagus to go with it. we had dessert panacotta. limette and kokosnus. had a good numb a beautiful poppy seed biscuit for a bit crispy and fresh skyberry blueberry and strawberry. even a small rendition of the birthday as it was placed on the table. very sweet. a great way to end. the picpoul wein was also good. excellent service and a very pleasant meal. £92 without drinking money."

"Given his is a hotel, it does feel special. It was a shame that we appeared to have two relatively junior staff attend to us and we were left waiting for quite a while to get drinks and order food. Once sat at our table we were served by great staff and the food was excellent. We have starters and mains only as the puddings added £8 and did not appear such good value. Portions were quite small but enough to satiate our appetites. Had I been a big eater I'm not sure id have said the same. Would happily eat there again."
