"There are two streets in the old town of santiago de compostela that is full of bars and restaurants where you can taste the most characteristic dishes of galicia. are two pedestrian streets, which makes it very easy as the bars are usually filled to the tops, but there is no problem getting the drinks out when it's a good time. These streets are located next to the train street, very close to the cathedral. All the establishments in this area act both from bars and restaurants, so depending on our preferences we can eat tapas or if we prefer, we can eat sitting in an excellent dining room. most of these establishments are simply decorated and are usually made of wood. the most striking is the tapas that are shown in such bars as there are hundreds of different punctures and rations and they all look impressive. I recommend that you get the octopus, which is usually exquisite and but a potato or lacon ration because they are also impressive. If you want to eat a seat, I recommend that you opt for fish or seafood. many of these establishments expose in the vitrinas that have centollos showcase and gigantic lobsters or even some fish of a spectacular size. In terms of prices, the truth is that I was expected to be more expensive, as it is an extremely touristic area and normally I do not trust many of the establishments that show you the first cards in all languages. Anyway, everything depends on what you ask, of course. the biggest problem these streets have is that it is impossible to walk through them without falling into the temptation to eat something, because the smell that comes out of these places is a real wonder. By the way, if you go with tapas I recommend that you eat dessert a cake typical of some of the panaderias-cakes in the area, they are very good."
