"In der vergangenen Woche wieder einmal im Fisch Meier im DEZ Mittag gegessen. Glück gehabt, einen Tisch zu bekommen, was bei dem relativ kleinen Sitzangebot oft schwer fällt. Die Bedienungen sind immer freundlich. Die Auslagen sehen frisch und sauber sieht es auch aus. Die kleine Spülküche hinten links macht einen überforderten Eindruck, hoffentlich bleibt Qualität und Sauberkeit nicht auf der Strecke. Fisch Meier ist auch in den letzten Jahren teurer geworden, wenn man früher einen Matjesteller für ca. DM 3,20 erhalten hat, kostet er heute € 6,20. Die Zeiten ändern sich. Die Qualität und der Service (scheinen) zu stimmen. Viele der Servicekräfte dort sind schon jahrelang dort, was für ein gutes Betriebsklima zu stehen scheint. Wichtig ist auch, dass einem das Essen bekommt, was hier der Fall ist. Beim Kartoffelsalat steht "hausgemacht" drauf, was heisst das? In irgendeinem Haus ist er doch immer gemacht, oder? Auch wenn er maschinell zubereitet ist. Klingt so nach Handarbeit mit guten Zutaten. Stimmt das wirklich oder ist das ein Werbetrick? Fisch Meier, Immer gerne wieder. Danke. Weiter so."

"We went to the Danube shopping center today and a little bite at noon would not be bad. Spotzl had already read Matjes here and asked if I could find something. No problem, in the area of the shopping street, they have a sale with a leap, and I decided to have an occupied semmel, that is, there. You get here all levels, toilets you need to use from the shopping center. We can't say if you can book. The urge is huge. When a table was released, you waited for it. You come in here, left hand is the fish tresses and hints with additional daily offers. It is all fresh and you can also take the fish home to prepare or already finished. Then go to checkout when you eat at the place and in hot dishes you get such a device that comes when the food is ready. Everything that is warm is freshly prepared here and with love. If we have chosen nothing else, we are always careful with fishing. What we've seen tells us we're back in any case. It is a pure fish restaurant with a beautiful selection and as already described, everything is freshly prepared. The card is available as a note on the tray so that you can also read at rest at the table until you make an order. We were kindly greeted, our wishes were interrogated and the lady apologized several times that the wheat is out and she waits for the supplier. She was enough for the tablet and wished a good appetite. Whatever else we had to do is very friendly and helpful and can also get out with the fish. They are also all evenly dressed with local logo on the blue polo shirts. We then had two bright to 3,50 € each, a salmon omelet for 3,19 € and matjes, parsley potatoes and sour cream sauce for 7,90 € The cream was freshly baked, still nicely crispy outside and inside soft. In the underground there were Lollo Rosso salad, but not overloaded. If we laugh, we'd say that he was chosen. He had a really bright red color and a wonderful spicy taste for herbs and salt, but not too much would it have overloaded the fish. This gave the sour cream sauce a certain additional taste with it. The sauce was plentiful we like and refined with herbs. There was also a whole load of onion rings with fresh cut. The parsley potatoes were boiled to the point and we would say we were covered with some butter. Freshly cut parsley was present. The potatoes were delicious and had also won salt. There is a corner bench with gray cover, smaller tables made of light wood and chairs. On the walls there are pictures from the sea and everything is beautifully lighted. What we could see was all clean and the tables were wiped off when it was possible with the rank of the visitor. There is also a tray of return, but many are of the opinion – this is nothing of our concern. This is something we don't understand, get up and after me - it doesn't matter. But it was always someone on the way to clear the tables. We definitely come back and then we try other dishes. On this day there were baked trouts that were ordered without end and looked so delicious. 4.5 stars for the visit on 31.10.2022"

"Good Friday and it's fish. There is an Italian restaurant. When we arrived at the hotel, we represented a bit of our feet and found this Italian place in the middle of the legendary residential area. There were flyers and then there was a lot of choice here. On holidays we can also book a table in the evening. From the main station it is not so far away, but somehow a little hidden between residential houses. Come on – we would say with the Navi. Parking can be made here on the street, as this is available we do not know, we have already seen a few free places. In front of the house there is a beer garden, inside you come through three steps. The toilets are then flattered. Service There was a very warm welcome and we were brought to our table. There was also the indication that we could get room outside, but it was still too cold. The man dressed black brought us the cards and we have time to take a look. The beverage order was enjoyed with one but they came to the table with a request. The food order was abandoned and asked for the supplement and thanked for the order. Spotzl got an additional knife, vinegar, oil, salt pepper shaker in a stand and a pepper mill he also had. He also lit the candle. There was a nice one. The pizza did not wait long and a good appetite was desired. I had to wait. Shortly afterwards the additional salad came with the hint – the rest is coming. It took a while. Too bad if everything doesn't come at the same time, well, I could cost the pizza. A good appetite was also desired. Under the food was asked if everything fits. The dishes are also removed from the courts. Spotzl had just put the cutlery down and his plate was taken by another gentleman without words. My empty plate stayed a little longer at the table, came later and you said to me – Seniora tasted and matched. Whether we want something else has not been asked, and so we have shared what we want by looking at ourselves. Then he came back and said – still fits everything – the Manowar Dessert came quickly with a prego, please beautiful. A wheat was empty and you were asked if you could get something else. We shared that we would pay, there was the question bar or with a card and shortly afterwards he was with a decent Bon at our table. He thanked, wished a nice evening and we were still very friendly. Very nice, friendly and attentive. That the dishes do not come at the same time, we do not want to clean it up. 4.5 stars. Food There are typical dishes like many Italians. Antipasti, salads, pasta, pizza – here a few with buffalo mozzarella or the rest for an additional fee, meat and fish dishes, where you can choose among the supplements between potatoes, vegetables or spagetti and here is an additional salad. We had a dark wheat for 3,60 € a Montepulciano for 4,90 €, two averna for 3,50 € each, Pizza Marinara – tomato sauce, mozzarella, seafood, garlic for 13,90 € and scampi from the grill with additional vegetables for 22,90 €. It was very beautifully marinated with a slightly creamy Balsamico dressing that was very nicely balanced by the acidity ratio. Salt was sufficient and pepper refined from the mill. The oil was also not of poor quality. At the scampi, shrimps would say there were four pieces cut with a butterfly and fried the bowl on the plate. They were boiled to the point, the plate left somewhat taste and the bowl was removed with knife and fork. Spices that they weren't so great now, some oil was tufted over it and some fresh herbs were over there. The lemon and the pepper mill were then renovated and then also suitable. In vegetables there were grilled eggplants which were cooked and were not absorbed by the oil. Rare such eggplants get, usually they are oily and lappery, that was not the case here. Also the Zuchini slices cooked to the point. Nicely seasoned and refined with fresh herbs and some good olive oil. Paprikage mice were cooked slightly soft, tastefully but well costed. He had something to taste. The tomato sauce was slightly costly. The cheese smells nice and the tastes it fits. We still liked it with fresh herbs. What we did not like is that the announced garlic should not taste. The seafood was abundantly represented and all cooked to the point. In rough and whole everything was good, little things that were not the case for us, but we would come back – not on good Friday. 4 star ambience The person comes in, the left hand are the toilets, the right hand goes into the guest room and there you also have insight into the pizza baker and his area. There are also many pickups here. There are many areas that are all a little separated. On the walls there are large pictures in black and white of film scenes. The tables are already covered with white tablecloths, with napkins lying on the table and next to the cutlery. There are dark artificial leather chairs with high backrest. On the tables stands a stand with tea light and a vase with fresh flowers. There is also a beautiful outdoor area in front of the house. We liked it here, 4 stars cleanliness There was nothing to blame. In the toilets, however, the usual dust traces are in small form. Better said on men's toilets. Ladies' toilets were not visited. 4.5 stars"

"Looking for a restaurant for our third and last dinner in Regensburg we stood before the Hackerbräu Inn and studied the menu in the curtain. Good-bourgeois, defensive home cooking, but we weren't really excited, because we had the last night in the fat man. And the “Bolero” came into our field of vision. Spanish? Mexican? So, over the street and see it... the head of the house, Claudio Alexe, just got out, we got into the conversation and he led us into the restaurant only open from 18:00 because we wanted to take a look at the restaurant and the menu. He liked it. On the left side of the entrance there is the working counter whose cooling part contains small objects but is not yet filled. The guest room on the right side surprises with its ambience immensely! Nothing remembers a Spanish restaurant, nowhere a torero or a flamenco dancer, the walls without pictures. A long table row with two tables in front of each wall, past padded wooden benches along the walls. The large mirrors on the end face optically extend the space. This "length" is interrupted by the square light strips on the brick walls, which were reworked under several layers in the original core renovation of these rooms. The chic lamps over the tables radiate into something orange tone, which unfortunately does not appear on the photo. The furniture concept came from his wife, he said proudly. Gels! A look into the menu showed that some of my favorite patients such as Gambas al ajillo, Boquerones en vinagre, Albondigas and the Pimientos de Padrones were not included. The boss showed us pictures of a series of tapas that looked really good. Known ingredients, new and different arranged. That was a big attraction, so we reserved a table for 6:00. We were there in time, took place at our reserved table and got the menu immediately handed over. Cooked to the point, picantly seasoned, but not too sharp, packed with a sharply fried bacon disc, everything fits! Patatas bravas (3,50 € homemade potato corners with spicy Bravas Sugo and Aioli rich potato corners with spicy Salsa Brava, which was sharp enough, the Aioli had made a little more garlic well. Crema Catalana (4,50 €) This famous Spanish dessert with sugar crust disappointed us. Tastefully good, it was just too strong from consistency. I told him that every Spaniard really knows this espresso with hot brandy and drinks at any time of day, often even after breakfast. Despite his Spanish name, he was not a Spaniard, but a Romanian. But he wanted to deal with the carajillo. That's it! Conclusion: The ambience impressed us, the food also for the Crema Catalana, we felt comfortable!"
