"Chico and his wife operate a very professional local business. Their food is excellent and very reasonably priced, especially for Alaska. They are easily my favorite Mexican restaurant in town. The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming. The Mexican cuisine is authentic. All in all, I highly recommend them!"

"Absolute garbage. Food was average quality, ridiculously over salted, and cost $30 for a burrito with beans and rice on the side. The beans and rice was an extra $6 charge. The server was absent minded and lazy....bad combo. I can make better food at home."

"I hate writing bad reviews! We have been to this restaurant multiple times so our experience is a culmination of multiple visits.My wife nearly tripped in the foyer and the front desk guy laughed at her and told her to wear different shoes. What?! This is the “main” reason we will never return.The weird experience of going to the restaurant and told there were no tables but try the pizza place downstairs only to be turned away there also. The downstairs pizza place offered to call upstairs to see if there was any availability and they said there was so we went back upstairs. Guess they wanted us to “work up an appetite”.The waitresses lack of interest in helping take our order was an odd experience at what seemed like a nice restaurant based on the decor and online reviews.Perhaps they are under new management? Short staffed? Not sure but the prices don’t match the service and to be honest after the weird interaction with the hotel front desk guy with the long hair we’ll just stop going. There are other options with way friendlier/professional service in Ketchikan."

"Trendy and the best kind of hipster, the Alaskan Crepe Co. has a variety of sweet and hearty menu options, a huge map on the right wall forced visitors to place pens in their hometowns, and a beautiful view for human observers. We fell for Wild Alaskan Smoked Sockeye and Brie, Apple, and Honey Walking Crepes (i.e. they come in triangles packed in paper, not on plates) - absolutely delicious and the crepes were boiled for perfection."
