"Food can be a bit slow here but nobody cares and there's a really good reason, the burgers are broiled over actual charcoal and they taste AWESOME! Definitely worth any wait. Arguably the best burger on the island. There are many tasty things on the menu, something for everybody pretty much, but I never got past the burger. The fries are a very worthy addition to the basket and they rule in their own rite. You won't be sorry."

"I hate writing bad reviews! We have been to this restaurant multiple times so our experience is a culmination of multiple visits.My wife nearly tripped in the foyer and the front desk guy laughed at her and told her to wear different shoes. What?! This is the “main” reason we will never return.The weird experience of going to the restaurant and told there were no tables but try the pizza place downstairs only to be turned away there also. The downstairs pizza place offered to call upstairs to see if there was any availability and they said there was so we went back upstairs. Guess they wanted us to “work up an appetite”.The waitresses lack of interest in helping take our order was an odd experience at what seemed like a nice restaurant based on the decor and online reviews.Perhaps they are under new management? Short staffed? Not sure but the prices don’t match the service and to be honest after the weird interaction with the hotel front desk guy with the long hair we’ll just stop going. There are other options with way friendlier/professional service in Ketchikan."
