"Wir waren auf Empfehlung kürzlich in diesem Restaurant.Wir bestellten einen Apero mit Prosecco und Wasser.Zur Vorspeise ein Knoblibrot (wo war der Knobli?) und die hausgemachte Gänseleber.Zur Hauptspeise Schweinefilet und den Gauchoburger.Nach 5min.meldet der Service Gauchoburger aus.Also haben wir den gleichnamigen Spiess bestellt.Nach weiteren 5minuten war auch der Spiess ausverkauft.Wir hätten uns gewünscht,dass uns der Service gleich von Anfang an ( wie Ihre Kollegin am Nebentisch) die ausverkauften Speisen mitgeteilt hätte.Ich bestellte dann Leberli mit Rösti .Leider war die Rösti unten verbrannt.Die Sauce vom Schweinsfiletpfännli war salzig und mit 2 Gabeln nur schwer zu schöpfen.Gerne hätten wir es dem Service mittgeteilt aber unsere Serviceangestellte war; wir wissen nicht wo.Wir wurden auch nie mehr gefragt ob wir noch etwas zu trinken möchten.Wir hätten gerne ein Glas Wein getrunken aber eben der Service glänzte durch abwesenheit.Beim abräumen (ihre Kollegin hatt das Essen gebracht und wieder abgeräumt) habe ich das mit der Rösti gesagt und sie meinte dann das hätte sie beim bringen nicht gemerkt , da die Rösti mit dem verbrannten nach unten auf dem Teller lag.(ich hab sie nicht aufgegessen)Übrigens war dann unser Service nach dem wir die Rechnung bestellt haben plötzlich wieder pünktlich an unserem Tisch."
