"Tried my best to give this place a fair shake but three issues in a row is my limit. First time they delivered plain wings instead of mild like I ordered. The delivery man argued with me, insisting I placed the order wrong. He said the sauce comes in a separate tub that I have to select. That?s wrong and I told him so. I?ve ordered plenty of times before and the wings always come already tossed in the sauce. When I offered to show him my order proving him wrong, he, of course, backtracked. But he certainly didn?t offer to correct it. Second time, I watched a delivery driver, via the tracker, cruise ALL over town with my order, watching my delivery time increase over and over again. I called the store and got an unsympathetic person, obviously, who simply said they were busy. I told him I didn?t want the food anymore if it?s been sitting in a car this whole time why wasn?t it delivered in the order the tracker said it would be? Why does my delivery time keep getting pushed out? He got exasperated and said ?just call back if there?s a problem with it when you get it.? Finally got my order an hour and a half later. Third time, the tracker said the order was delivered but it hadn?t been (already was 15 min past the time the tracker said it would be here). Called the store and, yet again, got an unsympathetic person who said they accidentally closed out his delivery so it shows delivered even though he?s still en route. When I asked for an ETA, they said they didn?t know because they weren?t tracking them. SMH No offer to call the person to get an ETA. When I expressed my frustration and explained how I?ve tried to be fair and always tip well I was told this is how it is when they?re busy. That?s it. When I said ?ok, thanks,? the person said ?yup? and hung up. I get it?s not a great job. I get that it?s thankless and probably doesn?t pay too well. That?s why I tip as much as I do. I?ve tried to be sympathetic but I draw the line at rudeness."

"We were a party of 4. A bottle of wine was poured so that the host was forced to order a second bottle so that he could have a second glass. One of the starter courses was not delivered with the rest, and only came after a second request. The main course did not arrive until 1 hour 45 minutes after being seated. But most annoying was the fact that an 18% gratuity is automatically added to the bill no matter the size of the party, and a request is made for an additional tip...a practice I have not experienced before in the U.S"

"Easy customer service. I went in and the checkout was nice enough, then I ordered my deep slice of pizza and I explained I wanted cheese because I was a vegetarian and didn't want them to give me a deep pepperoni dish, so I said? Cheese deep? very clear and in demand? Cheese pizza? And I said: Yes cheese? and then gave me a regular cheese pizza, it was in the traditional box, but I didn't really pay it because I often accept that I was in the wrong beginning, so that I went out the door and opened the pizza to look at it and make sure it was a deep dish and lo and see it is a regular pizza. So I run back and get the attention of the woman and explained that I MADE THE MISTAKE and ordered the wrong pizza and I actually wanted a deep dish, it seemed to be a bit of a language barrier, but over all she seemed to understand what I explained, but instead of just correcting the order, how I made it out a mistake on my part (if it was really?t) she was incredibly defensive and rude I asked her to get the pizza back and get me a deep dish. she continued to have very rude body language, to sneak the cash and to sneak my money from me, while I literally stood there and nothing to say or provoke it anyway and then she went on her back to make my deep dish, which she took about 10 minutes (during my 30-minute break, which I was already giving away by 15 minutes) and also my pizza"
