"Have a afternoon tee with my sister, who was given a gift voucher by her son. it was a prosecco afternoon tea. at the arrival we were told that they had run out of the chilled prosecco and that we had to wait. how embarrassing is it that a Michelin star restaurant has no chilled bottle of a drink that is so popular? the waitress told us that we must wait until the bottle is cooled, and that was not apologetic, but very rude! we have asked that they give us champagne more than a polite replacement for the prosecco. hoping that would be the obvious thing to do to save the embarrassment, but the manager stood up with 2 glasses of prosseco from the warm bottle! as asked why we couldn't have the champagner, we were told that it would cost us extra to have it! I would expect this type of service from a 2 or 3 star hotel, but never from one that proudly it itself as a unique top class restaurant. I don't ask them to support this thing if they just do."
