"I’m assuming we just got bad dishes from all the great reviews posted on Google Yelp but unfortunately, ours was very bad. I ordered the black bean burger which was completely mushy, when I say “mushy” I mean MUSHY. It had the consistency of pudding. My partner ordered the tacos the bratwurst which seems easy not to mess up. The bratwurst had a bone the size of a large tooth. Tacos were okay but subpar for the price. Overall, pretty bad experience being that this was the first time we’ve tried it. Would’ve ordered differently."

"If I lived in the area, I would reside in this cafe. It 's so wonderful, I had to go back multiple times. Fantastic drinks, a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, and so many local goodies. There 's a wall where customers can pay it forward and basically write little coupons. Most of them are for independent Black artists or business owners, and several are for members of the LGBTQ+ community. There 's an all-gender bathroom as well, the facility composts, and their items are locally sourced and well-priced. I could have spent all day and my whole paycheck there if I had the chance!"

"Cutting is without question a delicious restaurant and a jewel among the many great places to eat in the Hudson Valley. I have eaten dinner with friends several times and was consistently impressed by the freshness, quality / sourcing of ingredients, and the gourmet aroma combinations on the menu. Every employee I interacted with was helpful and friendly. It really seems to me that any low rating on Google has been written either by someone who simply cannot be satisfied, or by people who have a limited working knowledge about the intricacies of running a restaurant (seating policy, changing reservations, etc.) ESPECIALLY during these strange times, and therefore unrealistic and self-oriented expectations about how their experience should go. I have nothing but praise for the team at End Cut, and for all fine foods and drinks they serve, and I think we're lucky to have them in our neighborhood!"

"We sat on the back terrace on a beautiful crisp spring evening after a long climbing day. The propane heaters kept us nice and warm and the mood was exactly what we wanted. Vegan Burger was surprisingly great, the Pommes were excellent, and the schishito paprika were solid. Would return safely here; probably a good date night place. Edit: since a few more times returned; everything is delicious, and the mood is cool whether you are inside or outside. Updated by previous rating on 2022-05-09"

"This is a classic place to go. The service is great and the food is good. The honey Buffalo wings either boneless or bone in are delicious. If it?s not busy the food comes out pretty quick. I don?t go here that often anymore but still like going every once in a while."
