"Last night in her restaurant area for eating. I ordered the stuffed trout for $25. I should have asked what it was stuffed with, as I suspect it would be breadcrumb or crab meat. it came filled with 5 lemon slices! also it came with a cup of butter that would be good if I had ordered lobster. silverware for the table was all in a metal tablet for all that had their finger in and had only 3 forks (a with bent ham)! Moreover, their credit card machine asks for a tip when they pay and before they get to eat it. no good experience!"

"That was worth it. it came with a roll. the butter was great. ed ordered sour cream and cheese on his; it costs $2 more: it wasn't worth it. the u-cat bus was 2$ for me, and only $1 for ed; because it significantly older than I.-Ecommended"

"I had the best seafood pasta I ever had here! there were so many tinted fish, garnel, whistle and whistle on the pasta that I could not see any noodles at all! the taste was so fantastic. I would highly recommend this restaurant if they are in the city. the service was also great"

"More a 3.75 than a 4. Food was fresh with well balanced flavors. The chips and salsa were above average. Good selection of beers on tap. Fish tacos and shrimp fajitas were solid. Good value. Ambience is less than hoped for especially the loudvolume of TV."

"Absolutely great for the cost. Not unusual, but you'd be crazy if you want those rock boot prizes. Very solid foreseeable American suburbs generic sushi with decent fish, good free fog soup and Korean style side salad. Korean food was an unexpected surprise! Happy with the sundubu jigae (spicy tofu seafood soup on a cold rainy day. Much more generic and white people friendly version than some sundubus; only has a goguchara, tofu, and a few shrimps (some Sundubus can be a lot of seafood and its very 'fishery'. And so cheap! Two Entrees and a 375 ml bottle of will for $40. 10/10 would recommend for those who expect an unpretentious and basic americanized Asian merger without breaking the bank."

"Cutting is without question a delicious restaurant and a jewel among the many great places to eat in the Hudson Valley. I have eaten dinner with friends several times and was consistently impressed by the freshness, quality / sourcing of ingredients, and the gourmet aroma combinations on the menu. Every employee I interacted with was helpful and friendly. It really seems to me that any low rating on Google has been written either by someone who simply cannot be satisfied, or by people who have a limited working knowledge about the intricacies of running a restaurant (seating policy, changing reservations, etc.) ESPECIALLY during these strange times, and therefore unrealistic and self-oriented expectations about how their experience should go. I have nothing but praise for the team at End Cut, and for all fine foods and drinks they serve, and I think we're lucky to have them in our neighborhood!"
