"When my wife and I were dressed at this point at 9:48 a.m. for a late dinner on our way from the city last month, we checked the hours to make sure that we did it before closing, and when we still lit the neon open sign there and verified the door that it closed at 10:00 a.m. But when we came to the door, she was locked and the two staff in the building looked at us just outside the door, said nothing, then went back to what they did, and ignored us. While I understand that we cut it close, we were still close and the open sign was even illuminated. Why not close at 9:30 if you don't want to serve customers by 10:00?"
