"They were timely with the food, but it was poorly prepared. I ordered the jumbo breakfast platter and the eggs tasted like hamburger Grease, and the pancakes were barely warm. The grande sausage burrito was messily made we were trying to eat on the go but with the eggs and cheese oozing out the side it wasn't possible. When he finally bit into it it had the same hamburger Grease flavor. We tried giving it to our dog, but Even she wasn't impressed. I'm not being mean I'm just being honest. Sorry Jack, but this visit was a fail."

"Probably the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Placed an order on Sunday night around 8 pm for an impossible whopper and large fries. Waited in the drive thru for about 20 minutes and decided to go inside instead since the drive thru wasn’t moving.the employees literally do no work, Jacob told me the Burger King hasn’t received my order. I waiting inside the restaurant 40 minutes and walked out with no food since they didn’t receive my order and wouldn’t take any orders inside the store. Ridiculous service."

"BEWARE IF YOU DINE INSIDE. Our visit was perfectly fine until an employee, whom we assumed was the manager from the white button-up, by the name of Robert approached our table and began giving us diet advice. He also tried to give his success storyabout eating chicken sandwiches instead because of the ability to fill you for a longer period of time. It was incrediblyuncomfortable. There is absolutely NO reason any employee should be discussing that while their customers are trying to enjoytheir food. We didn't show any interest in this conversation and Robert continued to lecture us for roughly 8 minutes. It felt abit like a hostage situation, and we were just waiting to be rescued or have his attention diverted to other customers. Afterhe left our table and began yet another uncomfortable conversation with the table across from us, we got up and threw the restof our food away because neither of us had much of an appetite after that. UPDATE- The management team has given their 110% onmaking this right. I commend them for handling the issue professionally. Thank you."
