"Came here a year ago when I could not get in the the place across the street and was so happy with the meal that the experience stuck in my mind."

"So when did Nandos get so bad??? no one looked happy to be working there and service was painfully slow. food came to table and just plonked on, burger buns were dry and there was no love in the food. such a shame!!"

"Greeted by bonjour as we entered I thought we were in safe hands . Then I realised that ‘bonjour’ was about the only French spoken by the waiter staff. The menu included some great French lunch snack names. Alas that’s as French as it got with cheddar and Hungarian salami filling the baguettes and croques . The bread however was beautiful and the cakes/pastries looked delicious. The front staff lacked finesse or understanding of French food which is a shame as the owner is very French and works hard in the back making some lovely delicate pastries. Been a while since I had a bubbly frothy cappuccino which tasted like it came out of a packet."
In pleasant weather you can even eat in the outdoor area, And into the accessible spaces also come visitors with wheelchairs or physiological disabilities.

"AMAZING...loved the building, 4 of us had lunch, we all were really happy with our meals, 1 diner had the duck ravioli and said it was one of the best meals she has had."

"Really enjoyed my experience at Lola. What’s not to love? I came in at 7:30pm on a Friday, sans booking, seated immediately at a lovely corner table, overlooking the dining room. The drinks menu is delightful- I ordered a blood orange pet nat 1.5% alc. it did not disappoint! Enjoyed a beautiful 2-course meal with duck for main and clafoutis for dessert. Earl grey or English breakfast teas available. I hope to return soon!"

"We were in the pokie area and honestly the the security is useless. Over the past3 or 4 weeks we have been to Craigs it seems the staff are quite happy to allow some element of society to come in ,act loud and use offensive language. This is not what we expect from this beautiful building and all its hype, sure other pokie venues are like it ,but not at Craig's .So disappointed that we cannot go out nowadays without seeing and hearing this unacceptable behaviour. The security at Craigs is only good for telling old men off ,they do nothing when it comes to a real problem"

"Well what a surprise dinner we had. had not been for years to this pub and what a difference. the food was fresh, well presented and lots of interesting choices. the staff were attentive and helpful and the atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. the wine list is extensive and the beers on tap interesting. something for everyone of all ages. we live nearby so might make this our new local."
