"We stayed for three nights and found every staff member that we encountered very polite, friendly and would always be willing to go out of their way to assist. The rooms were spacious, well cleaned daily by friendly staff, and had most facilities that you would expect. The breakfast and evening meals were great value and a huge variety. We never came across one staff member who would not greet you in a friendly manner, answer or contact someone to get your required information and assist in any form possible. Could not believe some comments expressed, unless there has been a total change in customer service. A great view over the water. Would recommend to anyone who wanted to stay in Sandakan. A big tick from us."

"One of the few chinese food eateries that serves no pork. Food is ok, spacious and plenty of parking lots. They are keeping live seafood in their aquariums so freshness is guaranteed, if you can afford it. However, if you're from other part of Malaysia, the price of seafood here is still unbeatable to any place out of Sabah. PA system and it's decoration desperately needs an upgrade. "Nicely designed, eye catching place from the outside. Easily noticeable and seems to be a good hangout place. Have 3 seating area I recommend for good chats and atmosphere is to go to the darker room on the left of the entrance. Staff were very friendly and willing to recommend. My friends ordered soft serve, juices and I ordered the grass jelly with milk and gula Melaka. They had some shaved iced menu (which was featured on the video) but it looks like an in between of a local type shaved ice desert and a Korean Bingsu. It seems like it was here nor there so I didn’t order that. The grass jelly drink was VERY milky they used evaporated milk. If you are into this type of milk, this drink is for you (wasn’t for me). My friends loved the soft serve and the watermelon juice. I recommend this place to chill, chat and hangout."
