"Used the car wash today. No water came out only soap and wax. Asked for a refund. No one knew how to do that. Have to come back another day cause no manager available. Basically a dice roll at this store. Try another location is what I say."

"I'm going to dunkin donuts for the first time and my last. when they opened up on the way to work, they stopped. all the outside lights were out, and the wheel was not on and the open signs at the front door was out. no light inside. I couldn't see anything at all. I called to ask what their hours were. they said they were open. I went to drive thru and drove up to the only light I could see the running gear thru window. I asked if they had what I wanted, and a hired person actually gave me an employment because I didn't order in the Drive-Thru menu. I told her you mean the dark, unlit sign I can't see? she said yes. I ask them if the outdoor lighting worked so that customers could actually use the drive thru and they could get them back to me to get my order, gave me my order and went away. I would have ordered more, but I could not see what it was to order and the attitude was really unjust. as I said, I was a first customer and will not be back."
