"Order through Door Dash at 12:00pm and had 2 Dashers leave after arriving at the store, saw that a third Dasher was still waiting so I called the store AT 1:30 and they said that the person was waiting and that the others ones left. I asked why would they just leave? My order should be ready by now it's been over an hour!?!? She said it still wasn't ready. IT IS A MONDAY AFTERNOON. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT IT WAS DELAYED, ESPECIALLY AFTER YOU CAN SEE THAT 3 PEOPLE WHO SPENT THEIR TIME WAITING LEFT BECAUSE YOU WERE TAKING TOO LONG. Door dash was nice enough to provide a credit but I would have rather had the store be courteous to those Dashers that had to wait and to myself."

"Ordered with UberEATS pickup. It says they closed at 10:30pm. So ordered 4 meals. It got accepted, and I was notified that my order was ready. Drove 30 mins to Ruby Tuesday. Numerous cars was parked; waiting. I went to the door, but it was locked. Some guy was yelling at the door saying they're closed. I showed him my order confirmation. He left, then came back with some white guy. He told me they closed an hour ago. I told him, so why did my order get accepted. He claimed no one accepted my order and that it didn't show in the system ????. If so, who I'm ordering from. Other ppl are waiting in their cars. This place is unprofessional"

"Stopped there Thursday night to pick up a pizza. simple pizza. cheese, onions, beef spinach. They left the onions and beef off. I realized the mistake once I made it home. I drove back over just to let them know. The guy working there initially tried to deny that I asked for that. I reminded him the pizza was $13.99 with just cheese. If that was the case, then why was it $23.99 with just spinach? He acquiesced and said he 'd correct it. The so-called 'correction ' looked more like scarce rat droppings than ground beef. Appetite lost. Customer lost."

"Yummy!! Our favorite schlotzskys was destroyed by hurricane Michael. It was quite a treat to find this one kind of close to where we are vacationing. Totally worth the drive. Kids pizza was the same as it used to be and although my son enjoyed it, it didn't have much sauce or cheese. "Oh my gosh absolutely incredible experience from beginning to end. Every single dish was served with excellence. Don't skip the Mac and cheese or the salmon croquet balls. "Horrible customer service from The employee named DION(DEON) I placed an order online /received the text that it was ready .once I arrived I still had to pull up and wait 20 more mins -once I went inside to ask how much longer There was a male employeebehind the ovens with a baseball cap on NO hair net with long dreads thinking it was funny I had to come in. The female nameDeon was being very smart mouthed when I ASKED how much longer and why did the app notify Me that my order was ready -Shestarted telling me the app sends out misinformation when tracking your order (Never happened before but ok) and I need tocontact corporate. I told her I understood and she didn?t have to keep trying to explain and I just wanted my order- but yetshe continued to keep being sarcastic and taking AT ME I reconfirmed I understood it was ok and I just wanted my order She thenstated I don?t have to get smart(The audacity and she was the one being rude and smart mouthed) I tried to over look it but Atthis point I asked for a refund and corporate number -she refused to give me corporate number, she told me I had to goggle it. So as she was voiding my order in the system for a refund she felt the need to think it was something to smile about.(Glad shethinks it funny by helping her company LOSE MONEY) My company does business with this particular location a lot but after therudeness and unprofessional behavior I wont be returning as long as that crew is on duty."
