Papa John's Pizza from Forest Park Menu

What User doesn't like about Papa John's Pizza:
Ordered 2 pizza bowls, was told 20 minutes. Went to get it after 20 minutes, waited another 15 only then to be told they ran out of chicken. Changed to beef, waited 30 more minutes so basically over an hour and Not a single apology. NOT coming back! Done read more.

"Stopped by today around 2pm with my son and wife. The place was empty except for one person sitting in the bar. The food was overall decent. Upon paying I realized that they had taken upon themselves and added a 15% “small group fee”. Once I confronted our server, her excuse was that their system automatically adds it and she just forgot to take it off, she than asked me if I wanted that money back since she had already ran my card, which I told her “yes”. I’m all for tipping our servers especially if they take care of you and your guest but don’t be sneaky or shady about adding your own tip on our bills. I ended up not tipping her at all because of how she went about it. Will definitely not be back."
